Quackity stood from his desk and stretched, flinching a bit at the crackle his back made. Spending all day hunched over a desk doing paperwork was not helping his back. Quackity huffed as he sat back down, feeling the tiniest bit frustrated that the work day wasn’t over yet. When his assistant’s voice crackled through the intercom.
“CEO Quackity of Las Nevadas?” Slime said. Slime didn’t really like their real name so they just chose Slime as a name and had been going by that for as long as Quackity knew them. With a sigh Quackity reached over and clicked the button to respond.
“Yeah, Slime?” Quackity answered already beginning to look over some more documents
“There is someone here to see you.”
Quackity almost groaned. He already had too much work to do. He did not need whoever it was to come up here and distract him. Quackity reached over to the comm.
“If it’s you-know-who, do not let him in. I’m too busy.” Quackity snapped.
