la Elf war ha sido un desgaste para todo el mundo, especialmente en la central maverick hunter, Zero ha resultado dañado hasta casi el punto de no retorno, Axl y X han tenido que sobrellevar la mayoría de los conflictos del final de la guerra, finalmente pudiendo ver un atisbo de paz frente a ellos, la creación de Neo Arcadia y el comienzo de una era de paz, aunque Axl no se sienta cómodo con aquella paz.
