Everyone was stunned into silence as Draco’s naked back was finally in view. Starting at his shoulders and going all the way down to the indentations in his back were disgusting, crude cuts Hermione had ever seen. They were so deep, she could swear she saw bone. It should've been impossible to see what it spelt, but the damaged skin was torn enough to stick up and show the saying clear as day.

this is something i think i need the most, and it's going to be first a look into each character & how they get to the main plot - line..
story begins where all stories begin.. when harry potter meets hermione granger - BFF's 'course!
ron isn't really interested in harry nor hermione until a lil later, and he's not nice.
draco considers granger as his best friend, and his slytherin's are good to her, supportive. when harry comes along - they adopt him as well..
