Summary
Delta City. Population: three million inhabitants, from lowly beggar to powerful crime lord. It is a place of corruption, extravagance, depravity and possibility, a city of people, aliens, hybrids and even living technology. It is also a city filled with heroes trying to protect the everyday man, and the list of villains working against them.
