Summary
Needing to restore the Gotei's ranks after the Thousand-Year Blood War and finding the captured Quincy and Arrancar to be insufficient breeding slaves, Central 46 works to frame and arrest powerful shinigami not under their direct control to be used as breeders. Their first target: Yourichi Shihoin herself!
Unfortunately for Yoruichi, forces besides Central 46 want her in handcuffs, collaborating to see the former Stealth Force commander arrested and thrown behind bars. Though, she may be surprised when she discovers who's set to breed her.
