Thank you. You too! (Sometimes you just have to vent, you know. Luckily the topics here don't affect me personally - other than gender - but it bothers me enough to see others suffering purely down to a handful of peoples' lust for dominance. Ugh.)
Agreed, not my personal preference either, but I've seen her act very patriotic in some adaptations of 'Teen Titans' (namely in animated ones) where she does align herself as American since she lives in Jump City. Those episodes were kind of annoying and normally centred around National Holidays so that's kind of what I was channeling here along with the dark backstory of Trigon and her mother. That's how this all ties together. The Titans are her chosen family, and Earth is her new home, where their HQ happens to be in fictional America.
Raven is a crime fighter. She knows how she came to be. She's developed compassion and wants to push back her dark side to do good. Seeing others act like her father would definitely set her off.
But that's me rambling again! Thanks for taking the time to comment. It means a lot.
