Wooden scarecrow ideas

I love how this reversible scarecrow/snowman has turned out for our front garden. I made this one from some old bed slats we had for ages, but you can easily make a similar one from old pallet wood too. It's a great fun way to welcome visitors and it's a real win/win to get both your autumn and your winter decorating done! Not to mention it's a great budget option too!
