I had this image of two "goddesses" representing the Sun and the Moon. One with golden armor and light beam shoulders, firey red hair. For the other I have imagined a moon phases "crown" in her beautiful curly, "cloudy" hair. That was the idea from the start, then I've let myself have fun with the styling, which is pretty cartoonish. I was trying to have a water & fire contrast, like hot & cold. It was really fun to do and I did not see time going on.

The Marriage of the Sun and Moon: This takes place in man when the heart and mind are joined in eternal union. It occurs when the positive and negative poles within are united, and from that union is made the Philosopher's Stone.
