If you take a cup of rice and add 2 cups of bone broth, and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes, you will get a high protein rice

If you take that leftover rice and let it cool down in the fridge, then reheat it when you’re ready to eat, you will get a resistant starch that will help decrease the glucose spike and is better for your gut health. 

⭐️ You get a resistant starch when you let cooked rice or potatoes cool in the fridge, because as it cools, the amount of digestible and available carbs decreases
