Giant African land snail (Achatina fulica) is one of the largest terrestrial gastropods. They have an average lifespan of about 5-7 years. The species is native to East Africa, but it has been widely introduced to other parts of the world through the pet trade, as a food resource, and by accidental introduction. Snails are pretty epic, wether as pets or just in general. I own to beauty’s myself, but did you know there are giant snails? Yah there called Gaint African Land Snail and while being illegal in the US due to them being wildlife destroyers, laying up to 200 eggs per month and eating faster than the click of a pen. They make incredibly cool pets just remember to do your research lol // #snails
