UniSA students who are currently enrolled are able to book Library study rooms.
Study rooms are available on each campus and can be booked through the student app or the UniSA Library website.
Rooms can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per student per day, up to 1 week in advance. There may be exceptions during exam periods. For more information, see What study rooms and spaces can I use to sit my exams in the Library?
To book a room via the Library website:
- Visit the Space Availability page.
- Use the drop down filters to select the campus location and the capacity of the room you would like to book.
- For more information about the available rooms, click the Info icon to the left of the room names.
- Use the controls above the booking grid to select the date you wish to make a booking.
- Find an available time (light blue) in the booking grid, and select the start time for your booking.
- The default booking is for 30 minutes; if you would like to extend your booking, choose the end time from the drop-down box below the booking grid.
- Click Start Booking to commence the booking process.
- You may be asked to log in using your UniSA username and password.
- Read the Terms and Conditions for your booking, and click Continue Booking to agree.
- Check that your booking details are correct; if they are, select Complete Booking to finalise your booking.
A confirmation email will be sent to your UniSA email address for each booking; show this email as proof of your booking if necessary.
Exams in the Library
During Study Periods 2 and 5, the Library supports Exams in the Library by offering students the use of student study rooms and designated quiet exam spaces.
