Why does it need to say it's an alternative world? I don't see why. You could easily not write that part.
Just watched the first 2 episodes at japan Expo, for now I think it was quite good. Well can't really tell you more XD.

For now I would say 8, the start was quite good. But it will probably change depending of how the story unfold. The animation was really good sometimes. And the main characters are interesting but not especially original (except one maybe). Tbh I am not fond of bad ending. And I fear a bit that an anime with a story like that may end up the way I don't like. But that is just my personal opinion.
