Starts out a rather slow melodrama and evolves into a (still pretty slow actually) action movie. Nothing worthwhile in the animation department.
It does feature roller-skates though, which is something not commonly seen in Anime (Air Gear aside). I've always wondered about that actually, why skates/blades practically never show up.

I thought it was retro time again and I chose this anime.
The story starts slowly and you get to know bit by bit that it's about a hereditary drama, which (oh exciting) concerns an illegitimate son.
The main character Tomoe is on roller skates and fights for her (later) lover.
The second episode even features motorcycle gangs and more action. Mild entertainment, retro, you can do it, but you don't have to.

Feels more like a "best of scenes" than an actual story.
