I just finished watching the anime and I'm planning to read the manga but I don't wanna start from the very begginig and I don't wan't to miss anything either so if someone can help me by telling me if the anime (+OVAs) follows the manga or they missed some things or changed the ending... I'd really appreciate if somebody could advise me where to start from I'd be really gratefull

nice to know, if i feel like it ill read the manga as well as im getting bored with Hajime no Ippo manga, my goodness that manga has like 1000+ chapters already and no where i see that it will end
