What an amazing piece of instrospective animation, it's almost a documentary on 90s USA, telling it like it really was. And to think, these were still the days when torture was actually illegal in USA, it's hard to imagine such a time but there it is.

Pretty fun "over the top" buddy cop flick. Shame for that last episode, though.
