Nafres, a country in Europe. Eve, a genius of golf, spends her days gambling on golf to earn a living. One day, she has a fateful encounter with Amawashi Aoi, an elite golfer and daughter of the president of a big company. Two geniuses living in completely different worlds. It was only a single shot that shot through each other's heart. Eve, known for her "Rainbow Bullet", and Aoi is an "innocent tyrant" who enjoys golf purely without any pressure. The two are attracted to each other, influenced by each other, and change each other.

Let's get real, the only way to make a golf anime works was to put a lot of shitpost in it. And, holy moly, is there a glorious, ridiculous amount of shitpost in here, or at least the first few episodes ! It really set the tone right and let you appreciate the cast and the sport easily. Then you're hooked up and you'll enjoy the actual sports anime that follows. Honnestly, I was pleasantly surprised ! Good watch for a light sports anime.

To be honest, I did not expect much and just want to see how a golf story can be interesting. It really turns out better than what I expected. It is surprising fun to watch and engaging. However, you may find the story a bit dry in the middle, but it does get more interesting especially after the main characters goes to Japan and going to the golf school. Give it a try if you are mind watching simple sport story and just want to have some fun.

Strong recommendation for fans of underdog or hidden talent series. Low quality plot, but they're totally aware of it and go with random crazy stuff instead. Key: it goes through major events fast, not focusing on the details.
So, a bit exciting and very enjoyable with proper expectation. That's it UNTIL one major plot point and everything is getting MUCH more exciting, more polished, and less crazy stuff. So they really do both routes.
Eve & Aoi are such an "amusing" characters and pairing.
Weakest aspect: ended with a cliffhanger, but S2 is planned for an otherwise very niche series, which is great.

In both anime the girls play golf because they like it or have a natural talent for it, and have been playing it since little kids. And in both anime they end up joining and competing in professional golf tournaments. They also make female friends and rivals that they end up competing against.
