First half self-describes as the fanservice chapter and that's really all it is. Nothing meaningful happens and even the fanservice isn't anything to write home about.
Second half is a cook-off, which was ok.
The whole ova was astoundingly low quality, in both content and visuals.
Honestly barely worth watching, even for fans.

Quite well-done for an OVA. The ecchi content mentioned by others is a self-aware joke about H-bait used in manga/anime and only lasts for a few minutes at the very beginning. 85% of this OVA is a very amusing parody of Shokugeki no Souma/Food Wars. Highly recommended. Easy to fast forward through the self-aware H-bait joke if that stuff disinterests you or makes you uncomfortable. I'm glad I watched this and didn't pass it up thinking it was just scene after scene of bouncing boobilys.

This how the anime would have looked like if it had an ECCHI tag. They really went for it with the fan-service! Defo recommended as it is funny overall and offers something that you don't get to see for the rest of the series (till its very end)
