This one of the best political satires of the past 20 years. It's about a world where speech is controlled by the State and a few individuals who have chosen to stand up against this tyranny.
The characters are well thought out and well drawn. This may come off as an absurdist comedy, but it is a serious warning about what can happen when people try to use the State to force their own ideas about "morality" on everyone else. It is an anime that draws heavily on 1984, Brave New World and Fahrenheit 451 for core material and central plot line.

I didn't realize I hadn't comment on this! Thoroughly enjoyed it for what it is: Senseless fun with some fanservice. Don't think too much on the premise or plot as they are ridiculous and mostly serve a tickbox in order for them to present their running gags/jokes. I mostly enjoyed Anna's character and her thirst over the MC. Animation is good enough; overall recommended!

Story: A pure society that is easily terrorized by dirty jokes and adult pictures.
ep 1 to 4: This was super fun. They were introducing the new characters and the rules of that world, all the while doing fun dirty jokes that the sterile population is unable to even comprehend, which was hilarious.
ep 5 to 10: Fun, but disappointing after the great built up.
The heroes belong to a group called SoX that have good ideals and objectives, but when other ecchi groups who have ecchi ideas that are criminal start using the good name that SoX has built to promote themselves, SoX has to work hard with clever plans to bring them down.
ep 11: Fun, acceptable conclusion.
ep 12: Filler.
I think the lower rating is because of the middle part that felt different from its premise of being a light hearted ecchi comedy.
The heroine was super fun, and felt like a female version of Gintoki.

Absolutely ridiculous, hilarious, and filled to the brim with ecchi humor. Anna is best waifu in all of anime.

Imagine a society where perversion of any kind hasn't existed for decades, but a select few go around terrorizing everyone with perverted jokes, panties, toys, etc. If you enjoy perverted comedy and characters this will be enjoyable. I will say this though... the ending was lackluster for an overall funny perverted series.
