Commonly referred to as Hachi, is the physically largest Vizard. He was formerly the Vice Kidou Captain of the Kidou Corps under Tsukabishi Tessai. He wears a green tuxedo over a white shirt and has a black crossbone design in his pink hair. He specializes in binding spells, and as such is always tasked with making barriers for the Vizards' use.
