Orders take typically 3-5 business days to process for all of our products.

By default, most orders will be shipped USPS Standard Service + Tracking, and once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

We offer a flat rate fee of $3.50
Free for orders over $50+ 

USPS Priority Mail Shipping (skateboard decks only):
Oversized or heavy products are automatically calculated by each carrier at checkout for the most affordable rates! 

Depending on your locale, UPS Ground or DHL may also be available to you.

Shipping for international orders include tracking, and may take between 7-21 days to process.

Standard shipping rates for international addresses are automatically calculated by total weight and package dimensions, and may start at $18.00+

Depending on your location, please be aware that you may be charged a Customs/Duties Fee after you have placed your purchase. It is the sole responsibility of you (the buyer) to cover this fee if it is imposed onto your package.

AJTOUCH.com cannot refund or replace orders 'lost in transit' or 'delivered' by USPS, UPS or DHL.

Please note that AJTOUCH.COM is not responsible for any packages 'lost in transit,' or 'delivered' through the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or DHL.

Always double check with your local post office, neighbor, or resident first to see if your package was misplaced. 

If the package is still lost, we can provide assistance once you file a claim/send in a help request form with the respective mailing carrier.

For international orders, please confirm USPS delivers to your country/locale before ordering with us. If you suspect your package was misplaced, contact your local post office as we no longer have jurisdiction over our parcels once they travel outside of the continental United States.

There are two ways you can go about your return.

You may either request a return through our contact form, or by sending us an email at info@ajtouch.com. Please provide your name and order number when you submit your request. If there are any defects, please attach photos to the email as well. 

* Returns are free only for Domestic U.S. customers.

For all International customers, the return charges are within the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was an error with said order.  

The following criteria that must be met when proceeding with all returns: 

Return Expectations 

• The item must NOT be damaged in any way 
• The item must NOT be peeled or used 
• The item must be in EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was sold 
• The item must be a product sold in our store

The process for exchanges is identical to the process for returns. An exchange is done either through our contact form or by sending an email to info@ajtouch.com.

The email must include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The product you want to return
• Desired product for exchange

A full money back guarantee will be offered as long as your product meets our return policy expectations.
