The goals of the research were to find out the association between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial
intention and examine entrepreneurial physical health and entrepreneurial intention. In the research, it was
observed that entrepreneurial emotional sentiments towards change was dependent on the overall view of the
change with respect to how they are influenced by it. It is not out of place to turn these negative sentiments into
positive support for the change. The research had a population of 213 out of which a sample size of 138 was
taken. Questionnaires were presented to the respondents and only 102 were recovered. The researcher applied
Descriptive Statistics and correlation matrix to confirm the association. The study demonstrated that there is a
favorable association between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial intention. The research consequently
indicated that there was effect of entrepreneur physical health, entrepreneur mental well-being and human
interactions had favorable link with entrepreneurial purpose. It was proposed that emotional quotient
programme should be utilized by the management to improve the ability of the company to bringing out the best
in the people and building strong workplace connections. This helps to increase participation, confidence, and
honesty to establish more effective teams, keep great employees, provide emotional and practical support and
effectively manage transformation and emotional intelligence test ought to be utilized in the workplace for
promotion, recruitment, thus, emotional intelligence is an indicator of entrepreneurial intention.

against empirical data or case studies ensured its relevance and applicability. The results showcased complex
dynamics between initial conditions, parameter settings, and simulation outcomes, revealing the intricate
interplay between law enforcement presence, demographic factors, and gang activity trends within communities.
The findings underscored the critical role of proactive law enforcement strategies, targeted interventions, and
resource allocation in mitigating the proliferation of gangs and associated criminal activities, thereby
contributing to the maintenance of societal order and safety.

research. A quasi-experimental research design included a pre-test and post-test on two equivalent groups
selected as experimental and control. The population of the study was 250, and the sample that was chosen was
95. The findings revealed that there is a significant difference in the mean academic performance of students in
the Flip classroom and those in the conventional classroom, there is no significant difference in the performance
of male and female students in the Flip classroom, and there is no significant difference in students' academic
performance in the urban and rural areas in flip classrooms. Based on these results there are some
recommendations: implementation of Flip classroom methodology, gender-neutral approach in Flip classroom,
and equity in rural and urban settings.

led to the widespread adoption of e-exams, offering benefits such as immediate feedback and enhanced learning
outcomes. Through a survey-based approach, data were collected to examine the perceptions of students and
lecturers regarding the usability and effectiveness of e-exams. The findings indicate a positive attitude towards e-exams, with respondents recognizing the advantages of immediate feedback and the potential for promoting
learning. Recommendations are provided to support the successful implementation of e-exams, including efforts to
improve scripting ease, promote electronic examinations, and raise awareness among students about the benefits of
computer-based assessments. Overall, this study contributes to the understanding of attitudes towards e-exams in
Borno State and provides insights for enhancing assessment practices in educational institutions

energy demand of the Department, which stands at 218.83 kWh. Key components of the system include a
42.5 kW PV array, a 48.1 kWh battery bank, 34 charge controllers, and a 4.9 kW inverter, totaling
N60,605,000 in cost. The implementation of this system will offer the school a sustainable, reliable energy
source, reducing their reliance on grid electricity and cutting down on energy expenses. Designed to align
with local climate conditions and energy requirements, the PV array generates sufficient energy to meet
daily demands, while the battery bank ensures uninterrupted power supply during periods without
sunlight. The integration of charge controllers and inverters facilitates efficient energy management and
conversion. Anticipated benefits include cost savings, enhanced energy reliability, environmental
sustainability, and bolstered energy security. Professional installation and regular maintenance are
planned to ensure optimal and safe system operation.

Eastern Nigeria. A sample size of 382 teachers was selected for the study, using Multistage sampling Procedure which
involved purposive, random sampling and proportionate stratified sampling techniques. A self-structured
Questionnaire titled “Principals’ Administrative Roles on Professional Development of private secondary school
teachers’ Questionnaire (PMRTPDQ)’’ was used for data collection. The instrument has seven clusters based on the
variables of the study. The data were subjected to statistical analysis where the research questions were answered
using descriptive statistics of Mean and Standard Deviation while the hypotheses were tested using chi-square at 0.05
level of significance. The result revealed that conference role, workshop role, induction role and lesson delivery role
positively impact teachers’ professional development in private secondary schools in South Eastern Nigeria. Based on
the findings of this study, it was recommended that if appropriate teachers’ development programmes are put in place,
the performance of teachers in private secondary school in south eastern Nigeria in the study area would be more
efficient and effective. This would lead to enhanced performance and productivity as it would boost the educational
outcomes in the study area. It was recommended that Administration of each secondary school should take adequate
measures to ensure staff are given proper orientation services, so as to improve their performance at all times. Such
measures should include planning and funding adequately at each occasion the need arises. And workshop could also
be organized for staff, so as to make them function more effectively on the job.
