In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Hyrule Bass appear as Fish-type Food. They are imbued with the Water Element. When consumed by a Companion Fairy in the Dining Room of the My Fairy mode, Hyrule Bass can increase the Fairy's Trust level and personality traits.
Hyrule Bass
Hyrule Basses are recurring animals and Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[2][3][4][5][6][7]
Characteristics
Ocarina of Time
Twilight Princess
Hyrule Bass can be caught at the Fishing Hole and Eldin Spring. When caught on the hook they may leap out of the water in an attempt to break free.
Breath of the Wild
In Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Bass are commonly found in rivers and lakes all over Hyrule.[3] Link can eat them raw to restore a Heart, or he can use them in cooking to gain more hearts. When used in cooking, they provide no effects to Link when eaten unless cooked with another Material. It becomes a Roasted Bass when cooked and a Frozen Bass when chilled. If a Hyrule Bass avoids getting caught it will eventually mature into a Staminoka Bass.[1]
Along with other fish, Hyrule Bass are able to be cooked in a Cooking Pot to make a Fish Skewer, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, and Salt-Grilled Fish. They're also counted among the seafood that can be used to make Fish Pie, Creamy Seafood Soup, Copious Fish Skewers, Glazed Seafood, Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry, Meat and Seafood Fry, Monster Stew, Pepper Seafood, Prime Meat and Seafood Fry, Seafood Meunière, Seafood Rice Balls, and Steamed Fish.
Five Hyrule Bass, as well as five Lizalfos Talons, are needed to upgrade each piece of the Zora Set to its second tier at a Great Fairy Fountain.
