golden axe

Hi people!

I want to show you a dragon I made, based on the game “Golden Axe”, one of my favourite games!
I´m making a cinematic and it is my version of one of the dragons you can see in this old but still fantastic game that I´m fun and I will be forever
I´m going to make more stuffs, like belts, the saddle (the chair to mount), etc… and a character over the dragon. Later I will make an animation.

hope u like! comments and critics are wellcome sure.

cheers
Angel

wonderful did you use clay brush and plz what settigns

Hi Adampof, thank you.

I just use normal brushed at the beggining (for the base) - “standar”, “smooth”, “inflat”, “flatten”, “flatten B” (for corners), “displace”, “move”, “nudge”…

And for the final model I used also “clay finish”, “FormSoft”, “morph” sometimes, different strokes with alphas that I made and others from zbrush central and the “Geometry HD” options.

all the best!

Too cool man…and I love that game too, I used to have it as a kid
To bring full nostalgia check out the song 'the forgotten (parts 122) by Joe Satriani…ur gonna like it;)

Keep it up!

thanks slice, I love the metal themes! check it

there are some cool versions  I will try to add some of this songs to the cinematic maybe.

This is great work - I love the intricate details on the head, and the scale texture looks wonderful. Are you planning on doing a colour for this?

sure Losgunn, I´m working on a little cinematic but with everything, textures, animation, dinamics, render and postproduction sure, as I worked before in my “roman centurion” model and video (take a look to my web)
I´m not great for cinematics as a proffessional team, but I really enjoy it

Thanks!

I like ur Dino… the details r very cool… keep going…:+1:
