Boba was not the best texture. Milk tea was wayyy too sweet. Hokkaido milk tea tasted like a French vanilla coffee I could get from Dunkin. Service was fast and great tho.
Logo is cute, but that's it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jennifer T.Menifee, CAMar 29, 2024
whenever we walk around the mall we pass by boba station cause its just right there and its perfect while shopping!
i love how the large is literally HUMONGOUS!! hahaha its like a bucket! haha jk i ordered a strawberry milk tea w boba and it was okay it wasnt my favorite and some of the boba was soft then it got hard towards the end. it was a little sour or tangy for my taste!
customer service was okay it wasnt too great just normal really. they just put another boba place in the food court and that was yummy too but the portions not as big as this one! ill come back here again!!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 2Oh no 0 - Bo N.Cambrian Park, San Jose, CAJul 29, 2024
Possibly the worst bubble tea that I've ever had. Both drinks were very watered down (made from powder?), and the crystal boba seemed old. Tossed both immediately.

Bobaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Whoever decided to throw a boba place at the mall is a genius! I mean, it's perfect. Walk around the mall shopping with your refreshing boba! Yes please.
My only complaint with the Boba Station is that they don't have real fruit. When I asked, they said that they use syrups that are fruity flavored. So it isn't real fruit. Which kind of sucks. I like boba with real fruit. That was a major downside for me. My two friends still ordered boba drinks, and I just got a water.
My one friend ordered a peach and passion fruit boba drink and I tasted that one, it was really good! Definitely refreshing and tasty. Also, they were super quick at making the two drinks.
There's a couple chairs and tables nearby if you wanna sit and enjoy your boba instead of walking around with it.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Amara T.Riverside, CAFeb 26, 2024
Place is nice. Has good Boba. Has good service and ambience. Quick and efficient and has lots of options. The regular is a good size being 24 ounces and the large is a good size as well being 33 ounces.

Finally a boba station at the Tyler mall! I like the location and set up of it, it was very inviting. The structure is unique, like a train stop station, thus the name Boba Station. It's very modern, clean and white. Under the window ceilings, it looks asthetically pleasing. It's located on the 2nd floor, near the food court, Vans and Bath & Body Works.
I got the coffee milk tea, 25% sweet with honey boba. Unfortunately, the honey balls were not fresh, they were kinda tough in the middle. I did like how they weren't overly sweet but the texture wasn't good, even my husband said it didn't taste good. The coffee milk tea was from a plastic pump, flavor container and while I did appreciate that they didn't make it too sweet, it tasted very concentrated and not fresh at all.
As a boba lover, I do want to see this place succeed and I can see the possibilities. But as far as taste, it has got some improvements to work on.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Jul 29, 2022
Tried for the first time because of the really good reviews, but was really disappointed. I guess this is what I should expect from a boba spot in the Tyler Mall. I got a strawberry matcha with boba, and my sister got their signature milk tea.
For the strawberry matcha, as soon as it came out, I was sus. It was very much a pale green color aka probably very little actual matcha in it. The strawberry syrup was tasty and tangy. The boba was also soft and sweet, but I later had some balls that were really hard. Overall, the drink lacked tea flavor and I kept sipping waiting for it to hit but it never did.
They got my sisters order wrong and gave her boba when she specifically requested not to have it. Not a huge deal. But the drink itself she didn't enjoy either. It was too sweet and had no tea taste. I had a sip and it tasted like chocolate milk powder.
The service was nice, clean, and quick. But unfortunately the actual drinks just weren't very good.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Michael M.Lake Forest, CA0111Feb 12, 2024
The server Chloe is very nice, this isnt the best boba place, but the service and atmosphere in the mall food court, and location perfect for a milk tea refeeshment make up for that.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the Thai tea and it's something you rlly cant mess up but somehow they did. It tasted like sink water mixed with the premade stuff, it's absolutely disgusting and gross and leaving a taste in my mouth. The employee who served looked me looked like she didn't want to be there.
