Their menu says that their milk teas are non-dairy. What do they use? Just curious!

Always love their boba and fried tofu.
Order line is the best. You'll get it quicker. A lot of times the place is super busy and long line.
Been going here for the past 5 years now and never disappoint.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dec 15, 2024Updated review
Boba Tea House continues to be a staple in Riverside after all these years. Considering the area, there isn't any boba better than theirs. Being just minutes away from UCR, it is also the perfect spot for a club/fraternity fundraiser or a study break.
My favorite drink is the Thai Tea. My favorite foods are the popcorn chicken and fries. They have a decent variety of food that comes in snacks/meals, and even a wider selection of drinks.
It has plentiful parking, good service, kind management, and a clean environment. It's definitely a stop I make every time I'm in Riverside.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 4Oh no 0Jun 17, 2015Previous reviewI came here all four years of my college career and it was the best boba place in Riverside. I'll miss not having easy access to it. The boba itself was nothing too special and I always joked about how the boba was not orange like its logo. HOWEVER, they have the BEST DRINKS. They are consistently satisfying, and unlike some places, they nail the classics. Thai tea is my usual. Fruit black tea if I am feeling adventurous. Mango green/black tea or passion fruit green/black tea are delicious as well.
My favorite sides are the popcorn chicken and the sweet potato fries. The popcorn chicken comes with a dipping sauce and it really does makes it that much better. Other places in the area might serve it too soggy or with very little meat. This place serves it hot with good texture.
The prices have gone up, I am unhappy to say... But look at the economy. What can we do..
This is near UCR. This is the fundraiser place. This is the hang out spot. Like I said, best boba place in Riverside. Hands down. - Sep 10, 2024
Stopped in after lunch for some boba. First time visiting experienced very friendly and helpful staff. The digital menu is on the wall so you can easily make your selections. Nice space, clean and organized. Great for whatever kind of day you may be having. A place to study, gather with friends or catch up on Yelp reviews lol. Tables against the side wall to stay a while and enjoy your drinks. Though there's some better choices out there this was a decent spot. Loved the little boba pillows so cute. This shopping center has random businesses. The outside parking area looks a little weathered but there's some good finds here.

Always so yummy. The mango peach slush with rainbow jelly is my go-to. I love their appetizers as well.

We made a quick boba stop on the way back to the Valley on a Saturday around 2pm!
First, parking was easy - there's a huge lot!
Second, service was friendly, patient, and quick. It was pretty much just us and one other party, but nonetheless, we appreciated it.
Next is the food/drink!
Lavender milk tea with pudding and less sweetness: the lavender flavor is pretty subtle (enough so that my partner didn't mind it, despite not usually liking these kinds of flavor profiles), and the sweetness was at just the right level for me. The milk tea flavor landed first, followed by a slight kick of lavender. It worked for me! I didn't love the texture of the egg pudding, though - while most bites were soft and smooth, some had a layer/film with a different texture.
Taro coconut milk tea with boba and less sweetness: my partner said it was good - refreshing. The boba was solid! I'd say that the coconut flavor is pretty present, but my partner thought it was subtle.
Popcorn chicken at medium spicy: my partner thought it was good, but we both agreed that we would have liked it to be crispier. The spiciness level was accurate, but because the spice wasn't evenly distributed, the chicken at the top of the bag seemed more spicy than the chicken at the bottom. I would have liked the chicken to be a bit more flavorful, but my partner was happy with it. We didn't really like the sauce that came with this, though.
Overall, this seemed like a standard boba spot with some cute items for purchase. We wouldn't go out of our way to visit, but it wasn't a bad way to satisfy our boba craving.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 23, 2023
Cute little boba place near UCR campus. I had the Taro slushy with added crystal boba, fam had strawberry smoothie, pineapple smoothie and mango smoothie, and we split an order of churros. All were very good. Service was quick.

Came here based on my coworkers recommendation as we work across the street and it doesn't disappoint. They have a kiosk for easy ordering and so far I've tried: mango smoothie with boba, passion fruit tea with lychee jelly and their popcorn chicken is really good as well. I'll have to slowly try exploring other items on the menu, but so far so good! Prices are reasonable and it's a cute little boba spot with minimal decor. It's always been clean every time I've gone there, the only thing I could complain about is parking but it's not a huge deal.

Been coming here for years and they've been pretty good before. After the pandemic it's been downhill. Service is horrible, boba is hard, and the worker who takes the order is super rude about not using the kiosk to order. Was gonna order for 6 people, but ended up just doing one drink. I'll probably try again at some point, but have been losing confidence for a couple years now.

Not one to leave bad reviews but Such a bad experience, 2 ladys working refused to take my order bc i was paying card and had to do it in the machine, problem is ive never been here before and had no idea what to order i wanted some help it took me a while to find what i was looking for, i understand if its busy and they cant take orders, but nobody was inside and they were both on there phones laughing and chit chatting when they could of made my time go by so much smoother. Wont be coming back

Pretty good boba and drinks for the area. Relatively close to UCR. Ordered the tiger tea and brown sugar milk tea with boba and pudding.
They are strict with masks. You have to wear one inside. I didn't wear one upon entering, but they were kind enough to give me one.Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 10Oh no 0
