1. Participation in application training: - Elaboration of plans designed to help avoid problems in operational application - Evaluation of the current state of the application - Identification of aspects which could be improved and recommend changes in order to facilitate those improvements 2. Development and proposal of a traceability process for customer follow-up 3. Measurement of customer satisfaction and proposal of corrective measures

- Inventory of the equipment of the different hospital services with their classification - Preparation of checklists corresponding to quality control - Measurement of the performance level of equipment and comparison of the result with that announced by the manufacturer. - Classification of equipment according to their states in terms of reliability, durability and functionality and updating in the CMMS system of preventive and curative maintenance traceability of medical equipment
