  • How can I participate in the auction?
    • To participate in the auction, you must:
      1. Register if you are a first-time participant and pay the registration fee. https://vodafone.mzadcom.om/
      2. Activate your account if you have registered in a previous auction and pay the registration fee.

Please note that registration and activation are only available during the designated registration period.

  • How do I register?
    • During the registration period, you can either:
      • Click “Register” to create a new account.
      • Click “Login” if you already have an account.
  • When can I register?
    • Registration opens 24 hours before the auction and is only available during this period.
  • Can I edit my registration details?
    • You can only update your mobile number during the registration period. Other details, such as your email and username, cannot be changed.
  • Can I use the same account for all auctions?
    • Yes, but you must activate your account for each auction to receive a new bidder number.
  • Why must I register with a mobile number linked to my ID?
    • The mobile number used for registration determines the ownership of any awarded number. The awarded number can only be activated by the owner of the registered mobile number.
  • Can I register with any mobile number?
    • No, you must use an Omani mobile number (+968) that is registered under your ID.
  • How do I pay the registration fee?
    • The registration fee must be paid online as part of the registration process.
  • Is there a fee to participate in the auction?
    • Yes, a non-refundable registration fee of 10 OMR is required.
  • Do I have to register for each auction?
    • Yes, you must register or activate your account before each auction to receive a bidder number.
  • What if I forget my password?
    • You can reset your password via the website. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email, or you can use an OTP (sent via WhatsApp) to log in.
  • Can the auction time be extended?
    • No, the auction period is fixed and can only be extended upon request by the operator and approval from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
  • What happens to my account after the auction ends?
    • Your account will remain available but will be deactivated. You must reactivate it before each auction and pay the registration fee again.

Bidding starts immediately after the 24-hour registration period ends and will last for 6 hours, beginning on February 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

  • When does bidding start and how long does it last?
    • Bidding begins immediately after the 24-hour registration period ends and lasts for six hours.
  • Can I cancel my bid?
    • No, all bids are final. If you fail to complete payment, terms and conditions will apply.
  • Is there a minimum bid amount?
    • Yes, the minimum bid amount varies depending on the number’s classification. The minimum amount for each number will be displayed next to it.
  • When can I start bidding?
    • You can place bids only during the designated bidding phase.
  • Where can I view my bids and purchase numbers?
    • Your bids will automatically appear under “My Bids” in your dashboard.
  • How many numbers can I bid on?
    • You can bid on up to 10 numbers per auction.

  • When do I need to make payment?
    • Registration fee: Must be paid during the registration process.
    • Winning bid payment: Must be made within 48 working hours after the winners are announced. Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiting the number awarded.
  • Can I view my payments?
    • Yes, you can review all your payments in the “Payments” section of your dashboard.

Activation

  • When can I activate my awarded number?
    • Once your payment has been processed, the Vodafone team will contact you to finalize the activation process.
