    1. To register your product, you’ll need to log in to your My Philips account. Don’t have one? You can create one here.

     

    2. Register your product and start enjoying benefits right away. You can also upload your proof of purchase should you need it for any future service or repairs needs.

    Due to technical reasons, we are currently not supporting registrations for medical devices like CPAP and BIPAP. Apologize for any inconvenience.

    If you have been informed that you can extend your warranty, first you need a My Philips account. You can log in or create one here. Then you can register your product. Have the product at hand when registering as you will need to provide the model number.

    With your MyPhilips account you can:

    • Easily find information and accessories for all your Philips products

    Proof of purchase is a printed receipt from the shop where you bought your item or a pdf document from an online shop.

    We recommend you upload your proof of purchase, so you always have it in case you need it.

    Proof of purchase may be required to take advantage of a promotion or request a repair under your warranty.

    To register a product you need:

    • A MyPhilips account
    • Model number
    • Date of Purchase
    • Proof of purchase (optional)
    • Promotion details (if applicable)
