From cobblestone paths to stucco walls – the learning environment at the baroque palace in Mannheim is unlike any other in Germany. There’s much more to discover at the university than just its degree programs. Students can get socially or culturally active in one of the many student organizations or departmental student committees, become active in university sports, or join the university's choir, theater or Big Band. The Mannheim Forum and the Schlossfest aren’t just great chances to have fun; you can also use them to network and learn. The legendary Schneckenhof parties, which take place on Thursdays during the lecture period, are very popular. In the vibrant City of Mannheim and its diverse districts, there is a lot to explore, too.
