Welcome back! Jess and I are indeed married, we got married a little over a year ago and officially started dating during the pandemic after I went to visit. I'd gone to stay with Jess for a couple of months – as friends – and we ended up in lockdown together a week after I got there. We spent six months living together and ended up being like "Yup, I love you a whole lot." We started dating right before I went back to the US, which was brutal, but I'm here now so – worth it.
As for proposals, Jess and I both proposed on the same weekend (I proposed like three times because I kept messing up and wanted it to be perfect dammit) and god is married life awesome. I get to be with my best friend every day?? We have cats?? we get to go on little walks and dates and hang out ALL THE TIME??
Life is really good. 💕
