I saw this hc once, and I can't remember for the life of me where I seen it, and it was like the only time megumi calls Gojo dad is when he's ill. And like yes. LOVE. I too hc that now HOWEVER (because the angst beckons me) I also hc that Megumi also calls for his dad (Toji) when he's sick. When he's all feverish and sick he calls out for him and incoherently rambles about 'where did you go?' and 'come back' and Gojo has tried and tried but can never comfort him. So he just waits for it to pass. And that's the only time he regrets killing Toji, 'cause his boy's in pain.
