Drift, Wing, and The Oatmeal Cookie Contingent Circle of Light rolling around in my head made me remember an oatmeal cookie recipe my mom used to make. The dough was so thick and sticky that mom referred to them as aggression cookies because of the amount of physical effort it took to mix the stuff. My imagination then gifted me with an image of Deadlock furiously churning his way through a batch in an attempt to focus his angry energy into something productive. Imagination also supplied him with mom's handmade apron with the brown, orange, and gold flowers (circa 1986)
