There is nothing I can't do....but a whole lot of things they're difficult now π·π·
I have to bend over to see my dick or feet. I need to lift my fat to close the belt. I'm out of breath after taking more than 6 steps of the stair. I can't breathe by bending over because my fat presses against my lung. Socks and shoes I need something to sit to put them on. And even sitting its really exhausting and makes me out of breath. getting out of the is getting harder and harder. It's nearly impossible for me to stand up fast from the couch , I need movement to get up. I have to lift moobs and belly to wash in the folds. I struggle to lay down and look at the TV, because my doublechin blocks the movement. My engagement ring gets tighter. My feet sore from standing still for to long.
But besides that.... No changes after all.
