Commonplacing Atomic Habits by James Clear. Ngl I'm impressed by how easily he laid out the information, and it's just up to you how you're going to incorporate it in your daily life. It's taking me a while to read though, because I want to absorb every word. Also putting some notable quotes in my commonplace so that I'll be sure to remember it!
