Ok so the only way I could think to do this is to compare her size against Sanami and then estimate from their

Her head is tilted down and he's a little hunched over so it isn't perfect but I figure she's around the height of just under his collarbone

So according to this she's probably around 4'7-4'9!

so if she was that height as an adult she could have dwarfism (I think and according to Google but I don't know much dwarfism so tell me if I'm wrong)

I've also seen people headcanon her as being really young because of her height and the type of person Kyogo Shinazugawa was so headcanon what you want
