I have a couple questions... 1) what advice would you give on how to be a strong, independent woman but still be feminine? 2) I have been vegan for almost a year now and I lost about 20 lbs the first month or two but now I seem to not be able to lose any more weight? Do you have any tips? 3) can I be you? you are so gorgeous and amazing! Love you Demi! 😊
Yay! The more the merrier! 1) Funny that you ask that because as I age I’m starting to open my eyes more to gender roles. What really defines a person as masculine and feminine, without basing it on their gender? (open question). Just a few weeks ago I accepted the fact that I am both feminine and masculine. Some days I’ll want to be dolled up from head to toe, while other days I won’t care at all what my appearance looks like. Confidence is key! Being a strong and independent person in my eyes is about knowing yourself (flaws and all). You don’t have to know yourself completely (because even I don’t understand myself fully), but it’s about knowing what your ethics and morals are. I’m not always a strong person but I think the trials and tribulations I go through make me a better individual. I think every person is strong, but you find out just how strong you are through tough situations. I’m always recommending this book and I sound like a broken record for it but if you need reinforcement of your strength read “Rising Strong” by Brene Brown. 2) I would recommend plenty of cardio to get your heart rate up so you can burn more calories. (like running). Are you exercising now? 3) You are too sweet, thank you. There’s no better you than you. Stay positive, you seem like a beautiful soul!
