I feel like ferengi society would have some crazy views regarding performing oral sex because it’s an act of giving sexual pleasure while not necessarily receiving pleasure in return making it a service and in ferengi all services are transactional. To put some context to this, this was a notorious car for which Ralph Nader lambasted in his expose "Unsafe at Any Speed". It was a rear-engine car, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but in this case they had a tendency to fish tail and go wildly out of control.

About 14 years ago I went to an event called "24 Hours of Lemons" which is an endurance race for cars that cannot exceed $500 in value. They had a Corvair which started fishtailing wildly on a straightaway before it ended up doing a 360. Apparently this is not the only time they've lost control in a Lemons race.
