I feel like ferengi society would have some crazy views regarding performing oral sex because it’s an act of giving sexual pleasure while not necessarily receiving pleasure in return making it a service and in ferengi all services are transactional. And I also feel like in another example of Quark eschewing traditional ferengi values, Quark fucking loves munching box and he’s deeply deeply ashamed of this fact.

My brother had lost the right to mock my deeply unwise vending machine purchase because he's spending his weekend driving to Iowa to buy a 1954 Cadillac limousine.

He doesn't have an explanation for this other than the fact that it's cool. And honestly, that's a pretty compelling argument

Oh good, he's named it.

He got her and she's gargantuan

THE BIG is home!!

This car is amazing and I must have it

And you totally soft-pedaled that it's parked next to a Corvair.

To put some context to this, this was a notorious car for which Ralph Nader lambasted in his expose "Unsafe at Any Speed". It was a rear-engine car, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but in this case they had a tendency to fish tail and go wildly out of control.

About 14 years ago I went to an event called "24 Hours of Lemons" which is an endurance race for cars that cannot exceed $500 in value. They had a Corvair which started fishtailing wildly on a straightaway before it ended up doing a 360. Apparently this is not the only time they've lost control in a Lemons race.

hey man don't be so hard on that corvair. we drove it to Ohio and it only caught on fire four times. and that's honestly a totally understandable response to being in ohio
