Great job, Queensboro!

Just got my jacket and am very happy with it! The quality of both the jacket and the embroidery are great and it is very true to our logo. Will definitely consider ordering more in the future.

I LOVE Queensboro

I LOVE Queensboro. I’m proud to wear my branded working gear Ang get compliments on it. The only downside is that my swag looks so good, clients are always asking for some for themselves!

Always great!

Always great!
I have used Queensboro several times and it has always been great. I love how easy it is to change the colors on my logo. There was a minor issue one time but they fixed it immediately with no return necessary. The mistake was such an understandable one anyway that I think everyone would have made. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I have recommended them to multiple people.

You have once again

You have once again, gone above and beyond! I’ve had three orders modified even though, as I explained, I could’ve lived with the results which were likely as much the result of my oversight as anything else(I ordered the medium but the large ultimately fit better) and you took the hit. Thank you! Your warranty gives me the confidence to order without knowing the quality of fabric, fit, color, whatever. You have a customer for life!

Top Notch Customer service and products

I had the opportunity to chat this morning with Chava W. needing help with a logo and an issue with a previous order. Chava was fantastic! Knowledgeable and was answer all my questions. A company can be great (as is Queensboro) but is the employees that make it that way.
I've ordered from Queensboro for several years and at least two employers, they offer products from first class companies and their production work with embroidery is top notch. I highly recommend them and will be returning.

Always exceeding expectations

Your company and employees always go above and beyond. I’ve used you for myself and I’ve introduced you to two companies I’ve worked at and other companies friends have worked at …Everyone is always happy. In my latest experience when I was asked how one of my orders was for me, it was great, but I ordered the wrong size because it was too big for me. Your company instantly ordered me a smaller size and sent it to me. This one was perfect. Thank you again.

Decided to give Queensboro a try as I’m entering into the merchandise arena for my growing business with my newly designed logo making it the perfect timing to see how it translates on product & I LOVE IT! Even got the two thumbs up from my toughest audience my kids! Looking forward to ordering in the future!

Overall a good choice for the deal and quality

ordered in late December got my order in 2nd to 3rd week January. Other than that, the product itself is very solid in quality. Im satisfied, even if I had to wait longer for it. I did grab that sweatshirt deal for only $16 I think it was and for the price, I’d definitely be back again if that deal is still there. I trusted the queen to do my company logo and she persisted in quality, communication, informative explanations, also making sure I overlook everything if all good (which it was) and keeping me updated along the way as well. Thanks again my queen!

Great quality embroidery

I ordered a crewneck a couple weeks before Christmas and it came twoish weeks after Christmas. I reached out and they gave me a refund on my crewneck and I still received it. It’s amazing quality and I assume they just got slammed at the holidays. I would and probably will buy from them again.

I made my 4th or 5th order with…

I made my 4th or 5th order with this.company and there has been some issues with the.fitting.size.on some items and even sent my order to the wrong.addrres. but for each mistake that happened they quickly changed the size or issue with just a few questions and replaced the order. I.did have one rep give me a hard time about replacing a hat so I sent a email to complain
So in the mail today wasn't a replacement hat like i asked For the box had 7 replacement hats in it. I think they went above what they needed to do in this situation. They showed me that care about how they feel about their customers.

Embroidery is very tight on the…

Embroidery is very tight on the lightweight fabric and shows pulling. One of the lettering colors was a bit off from what I saw online. But for the price they’re very nice shirts!! The baseball caps were nice too!
Shipping time was longer than I’d expected.
Again thank you! I like these items very much!

Such an easy process
