Easy navigating website site, but requires physical review because images are not enough and can be misleading
It was easy navigating the website and reviewing all the information and vehicles. We appreciate the fact there was an internal tech inspection done by the company which is reflected on the website. It helped a lot in filtering the cars. From the moment we chose the vehicle (on site) it was fast enough to proceed to final preparation for a car to be taken out. From the minuses - we still had to walk around facility and review the vehicles, images were not enough for choosing; some cars were already pre-booked which limited our options. The manager with whom we were contacting didn’t have enough information on the technical details of the cars and was busy with other work or clients, so essentially she couldn’t help us much and we spent quite some time going around and choosing the car that fits the budget and technical specifications.
Overall it was good experience and I can recommend it for anyone who knows what to he wants to get.
