Invitations arrived early, quality is not 100%

The invitations arrived early, which was great. And, the artwork/design was really nice. Just what I wanted. But, the printing is fainter than it looked like it would be, in the online proof. The invitation is not as easy to read as I expected. The color was a little off, too. To be clear, I did not expect the invite to have actual glitter on it (Zazzle specifies that in the item description). The artist provides only the artwork; Zazzle does the processing, printing, shipping, etc. The quality wasn't where I was expecting it to be. I would certainly still consider ordering from Zazzle in the future, though.

On time and high quality

The invitations were correct and shown on line.The design was very cute and colorful. The order arrived quickly and was in good condition. There was a tear in the packaging but it did not affect the items.

I have purchased several different…

I have purchased several different memory ornaments from Zazzle. ALL have been made and delivered quickly and just as they appear in the application!
Most recent purchase was the “Forever in our Hearts” modern overlay photo glass ornament. It is beautiful! The photo is seen from both sides. Love love love it!

No product, no refund

Zazzle cancelled my order because they are offering images on their website which are copyrighted but don't own right to it! And the images are still there.
But worst, they took my money and at this day a month later I still wasn't refunded!

Lost in transit

While my original order was lost in transit, customer service was very fast to resolve the issue and expedite a reprint and provided courier services to help speed up the process even more. Amy was fantastic.

Easy to search and customize…

It was easy to search for and customize the items I wanted. The items were delivered in a timely fashion (2 days early), looked great, and came out of the washer and dryer nicely.
Would recommend Zazzle and will use the website again!

I recently put together a calendar of…

I recently put together a calendar of the pictures my granddaughter drew, for each month. The quality of the calendar was extraordinary. The color was very clear. This is my second project that Zazzle has completed. i have also had business cards printed up. I was amazed at the quality of the card paper. Their website is very easy to navigate.

Great Sample Wedding Card to review

There were many options to choose from and many customization options to enable me to create a sample to fit my taste. As soon as I confirm with my team, we will place the order for the final cards. The initial cost to create the sample card was not prohibitive. Thank you, Zazzle.

Excellent and responsive customer service

Excellent and responsive customer service. Absolutely no problems when I said I wanted to return an item and was fully refunded. As a good will gesture I was even told to keep the item.
Another item appeared to be lost in the post. It was refunded, and the next day it arrived. Again I was told to keep the item despite having been refunded.
I will definately use this company in the future.

Great experience!

We experienced an issue with our deliver due to mail carrier mistake. Zazzles customer service team was amazing. Checked in several times to be sure we finally received our order. The wedding invitations were exactly what we ordered and the pre printed address envelopes were perfect. Will order again from this company.

We ordered our wedding invitations with…

We ordered our wedding invitations with Zazzle. The options they had fit our theme more than other competitors. We had an issue once our invitations came in as we realized all of our edits apparently never saved. I called customer service, and Amy was extremely caring and immediately helped us in our situation. We are in a rush to get these invitations out, so her cam energy and willingness to help made us feel so much better. She gave us a helpful tip on how to rename all of our designs so it’ll be even easier to ensure we have the right item.
