Extraordinary Service & Product

The recipient of the gift I sent said she’s never tasted such delicious macarons and she remarked on the details of how carefully packed the macarons were and loved the gift bag the macarons were in.

From my perspective, I felt the item/ shipping were extremely well priced. I truly appreciated being apprised of the delivery status every step of the way and it only took 2 days to arrive in the US!

I’d give 10 stars if it were possible and will definitely order again

I can’t say enough good things about…

I can’t say enough good things about this experience! We live in the United States and ordering something as a gift for a friend on another continent made us a little concerned. We settled on Zchocolate as the company we felt most confident in. We were not disappointed. The process was flawless right through the delivery. The communication was outstanding through it all. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

And our friend loved the chocolate!

I purchased the chocolate as a small…

I purchased the chocolate as a small gift for my spouse and I to celebrate our 17th Wedding Anniversary. Sharing the chocolate between the two of us and then talking about it made it a special time. Overall, we loved the chocolate.

Excellent service

I ordered a chocolate selection for my mother's birthday. The ordering went smoothly and the delivery was actually a day faster than promised. My mom also got an email from zChocolat, which was a nice gesture.

I have nothing but praises for zChocolat; their loving and caring approach is truly exceptional from informative emails and phone calls right through the purchase to the moment of delivery.

I live in Australia yet Laurence managed to ensure the bestest outcome on a French Public Holiday Laurence called my cousin in France with my greeting message for her.

Long distance anniversary gift

My long distance boyfriend got me the classic chocolate box and got it directly delivered at my house for our anniversary. Came perfectly on time! And it was delicious! There was not one of all the chocolates that I didn't particularly like and you could taste the high quality of the product.
I think it was a perfect gift and even a cute one not only for anniversary, but any special occasion! Highly recommend.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. The step by step communication was top notch and very much appreciated. My order was a gift and sent to a Colorado address. It arrived as promised. Unfortunately, I wasn’t so happy with DHL. You would think a delivery truck would have a cooler in case of excessive heat and the lovely chocolates melted. I did contact your company and they made it right with a future voucher. I will definitely order again. I can’t wait to taste for myself. The gift recipient, after refrigerating , said the chocolates were amazing. Thank you.

The chocolate is out of this world!
I like to find unique gifts for my parents who have traveled the world. My experience from start to finish was incredibly great. The website is a bit clunky on phone or tablet. Otherwise the communication was excellent and chocolates even arrived a day early! I haven't personally tasted any as this was a gift, but look forward to more purchases!

A birthday gift for…

Absolutely AMAZING macarons

I grew up in Europe and moved to the U.S. almost 16 years ago. It has been very difficult to find genuine European chocolate and macarons in the U.S. I feel like everything is Americanized. I've tried macarons at supposedly French bakeries in the U.S., but the ingredients are different here compared to Europe. I finally found this website and decided to give it a try. These macarons are AMAZING! It just reinforces the fact that you can't Americanize European pastries, no matter how hard you try. I'm having the same issue with eclairs but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a French bakery that will ship their eclairs to the U.S. I will definitely continue to buy my macarons from zchocolat. There is no going back now!

Exceptional service

What a service! The macarons arrived in a pack with ice akkus keeping them cool on the way from France to Spain. After getting the pack I received a greeting e-mail from Customer Service, never had that experience before, it was very touching. And of course the macarons are simply delicious!

My experience was perfect

My experience was perfect! I sent it from France to Nederlands, to a friend, all the information was right on time, all the transport phases generated an e-mail, and I was informed of the package conditions.
Ah, it's important to refer: it was cold at the arrival and quite beautiful.

My only "problem": I didn't taste these chocolates, yet! It was a gift... I could only see great comments and a beautiful site.

Chocolate review

I really liked how each box was labeled separately based on its type. My favourite have been the Praline one, but that doesn't mean that I didn't enjoy the classic or exotic chocolates those were great too.
The different kinds of flavors really brought everything together nicely.

I fell in love with zChocolat's vegan assortment. The flavors and quality are unsurpassed. I ordered some non-vegan items as well as another vegan assortment and decided to try the jam. Again, the quality is unsurpassed. The apricot jam is amazing and the jar size very generous. Thank you again for bringing French chocolates of such quality to me and my family. Worth a try, if only once

Great feedback, packaging and chocolate. However; they are shipped in foldable cardboard and not the wooden box that the add suggest. Felt a bit deceived between that and the overall size of the product for the asking price.

When you placed your online order, you selected a product from our "assortments" collection and not from the "wooden boxes" collection.
