The whole process was seamless

The whole process was seamless. The information provided was clear with any extras indicated. The tour included most of the places we want to visit. I would have liked the tour to include greater time on the Greek Islands. Consequently, we booked this separately. However, overall the tour should meet our requirements.

TourRadar is taking us to Norway!

Booking was not much harder than…

Booking was not much harder than clicking a few buttons. When we looked at the tour provider's website afterward, we noticed they had more options (ie room types) available, so we contacted them and easily made an upgrade. Easy as can be!

Best platform for big tours worldwide

Long time customer, had tours with Tour Radar in Africa, South America and Asia. All selected opertaors did a great job. Tour Radar platform gives me everything at one place + booking and payment comfort and confidence.

I had a question about hotel…

I had a question about hotel accomodations. I sent an message asking about it. Friday night. I got an answer approximately 5 minutes later. I didn't expect to hear about it until Monday. Great Customer Service!

Not enough contact information

It makes me uncomfortable that there is not a toll-free number that I can call to have. My questions answered, or to contact while I am on the trip if something comes up. I have also not been told how to give my rival information at the airport, nor how to contact someone if the plane is delayed. I would like to see more structure in the whole process.

Have not gotten an acknowledgment there…

Have not gotten an acknowledgment there are 4 travelers, everything states just 2. There are 2 couples needing 2 rooms and sharing a car. Several msgs sent but no one eeemdbto be reading them

The booking processes was very easy and…

The booking processes was very easy and well informed. Everything was explained on what was included and what wasn't. I feel very comfortable and confident after booking my tour with TourRadar. Super Excited to go on my trip!

Don't do it!!company right…

We had problems with this company right from the start where they tried to collect unwarranted extra charges. Then the trip leader was not at all interested in following our requests or the planned agenda! A disaster of a trip . Tour Radar made no real effort to correct the problem? Tour Radar and Intrepid made no effort for the required refund - just an insulting discount on a future trip.

Great website and bookings made easy

The booking system is easy to use. The website looks good and the info for each tour is comprehensive. I actually prefer the TourRadar site to the that of the tour operator. Communication is also good.

Easy to navigate and lots of options available

There was a lot of options for my restricted dates available and the pricing seemed very fair. Response to my question regarding a late arrival affecting the tour was a little longer than the estimated 5 hrs. This platform is very professional way to book tours.

NOT ABOUT AGE REQUIREMENTS

My husband and I are in our sixties but fit and healthy and the tour operator had an age requirement of 18-59 years. I attend gym five times per week and have a plant based diet so am not your average 69 year old female. We are booked on our Balkans tour and very excited and happy. Glad that we were accepted and it is not about age but fitness levels.

Excellent customer service from both…

Excellent customer service from both TourRadar and Travel Talk.
I made enquires and they both contacted me properly. Travel Talk rang me on my mobile and where all my questions and TourRadar messages me keeping me informed. Excellent service.

Travel credits are a great way to save some money!

I've been using Tourradar for a number of bookings, and it all worked very well.
Friendly and helpful support by phone when I needed some assistance in the booking process.
When one of the trips I had booked got canceled by the operator due to overbooking, Tourradar was very useful in helping me getting back all the money.
Their "travel credits" programm is very attractive, because by using travel credits I end up spending less than I would by booking directly on the website of the operator I'm traveling with.
