Worst support I have witnessed and seemingly good accounts.
I bought 20 accounts, 1 didnt work from the beginning. After not even 1 week I was down to only 10 working accounts, I opened a ticket the day I bought the accounts and got a response 14 days later where I needed to answer within 12 hours (the ticket was only visible on that specific browser when not deleting cookies) otherwise it gets closed.
Now after 14 days I am left with 0 accounts that are working and I need to open another ticket since the old one got closed, they also want me to send proof with imgur which isnt stated anywhere till you get a response...

Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything especially the "one day trial" marketed as a no strings attached easy way to test the product but fails to mention it automatically signs you up for a 20 dollar weekly subscription. No email or anything explaining the rollover, xavier is also a clueless dolt, very hard to navigate the sight to open a ticket, says to contact over discord but there is no discord, the ticket system is only in browser and doesn't even go through email. Very obviously set up to purposely have people get charged, run out of time to refund or just straight up not respond to refunds and then keep charging you or stick with the one predatory charge. Had a ticket open for multiple days despite saying 12 hour response time and xavier only ever answered me an hour after I charge backed the charge through my cc company. Dude also very obviously bots reviews and wipes this page as much as possible. Do yourself a favor and just use the free version regardless of how bad it is.

scammed me in the past just noticed they removed me review (2021) they still havent offered me a refund on my 4 unbanned accounts that were banned... I have had great exepriences with them in the past, but they are known to be overpriced (which they are).

Why cant u replace 1 euro when ive bought stuff for 50x that amount?... Ive never opened a dispute, never refunded anything after YEARS of buying i ask for a replacement ONCE and you refuse...

(ive bought stuff recently too, fortnite that werent as advertised)

A year or two ago, I purchased a valorant account from here and was given it nearly immediately. After a little bit I noticed I wasn't able to get 100% full access to it so I made a ticket and asked if I could get a replacement due to this issue and they responded within the same hour that I purchased the account and I was given a new one. It was perfect and I quite enjoyed it.
Recently in July, I bought a new Valorant account for a different region, specifically July 21st. It was okay and there wasn't many issues besides the fact that I never got the email or anything to actually change any of the details of the account. So for 2 weeks I made tickets asking about this issue. For 2 weeks I was practically ignored and when I opened a second ticket, they finally gave me attention and told me that there was no need to open a second ticket. I opened a second one because there was a client side bug that didn't let me access the old ticket I had already opened. After 2 long weeks and absolutely ZERO replies from their team, being met with 3 or 4 tickets closed with not a word from them, I gave up and decided to just use the account as is. Then recently, September 25th, I had just come back from a 2 week vacation to my account being gone. The original owner, (I assume), had taken back the account and noticed someone was playing on it and changed the details and I completely lost access. I swiftly made a new ticket asking for assistence from TheAltenings' support system and was met with silence once again. I sent two messages as to not annoy them and was met with nothing. As of October 10th, my ticket was closed. I give up. My account was lost to me due to their own negligence and there is absolutely nothing that I can do. There are no refunds and they wont supply me with a new account, or even acknowledge what happened. I have used TheAltening for over 4 years. I give up on this site. This is extremely disapointing. TLDR, Purchase from TheAltening at your own risk, to me it is not worth it.

The software offered that needs to be used does not work. After several attempts to reach support and a wait of over a week. there was still no answer. Not recommended, probably a scam. Update:
No answer jet they closed all tikets. Clearly a scam.

I don’t know if the problem is only with me or not But, i opened a ticket for 8 days and no one answered! But when i opened another ticket asking them to answer they say that opening another ticket wouldn’t help you and you “should” wait.
But, HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I WAIT! IT’S ALMOST TWO WEEKS!

And the ticket i opened was for a full access account that got locked after only one day from buying it!

Ordered accounts and now my account has been "waiting verification" for over 2 weeks. There is absolute no support and ive not receiving a single response back to my many emails. The support system on the website doesnt work either so im in the dark.

bought a Ranked ready valorant account immediatly after buying i tried securing the account i couldnt because it had 2 step verification after just opening the account it was banned from ranked. i have now opened a ticket at support and they havent responded in 14 hours i would love to use my ''Ranked Ready'' account
