Disappointed Loyal Customer

I hope the Skrill team can read and answer my comments, as well as take action toward my request.

I am one of the loyal customers of Skrill even if they don't allow me to have a feature of buying crypto on their platform which is very disappointing to me I hope they can make an exception in this regard. but honestly, Skrill has a very nice service and features. I have dealt with them for years and never had any issues with them. but before they had high commissions and fees, and now they don't I hope if they can allow me to purchase a crypto through their platform it will be an excellent thing for me. anyway, thank you Skrill team.

Crypto Transaction Pending over 4 days

I have been using Skrill for quite a long time. I can see that recently their service has been degrading, their support doesn't even care replying back even if a customer is writing everyday for an issue.
The problem is, I have a crypto transfer with the status pending, and I don't even know why. Money was sent to my wallet, where I have also sent multiple times. I have been texting support every day for a solution, none seems to care, and I was forced to come and look for my solution here.
Please help me.

Account restricted out of nowhere

Using Skrill for months without an issue but 3 days ago restricted my account without any information. Day after unrestricted and than straight away restricted again.
I have been messaging everyday without any response at all & looks like this is a common issue with many other people reporting the same on trustpilot & reddit etc so BEWARE when everything works the app is great but as soon as something goes wrong than you're done for cause there support is non existant really, no way to transfer the money to another account while restricted. REALLY IMPORTANT, Make sure this is not your main account & only have a small amount in the account at any one time incase they block you from accessing the app.
Also What kind of company doesn't have a working telephone number. I have now REPORTED this to the FCA.

THEY have atlast fixed the problem after many frustrating days (but no communication at all, as to why)but i've changed my rating cause like I said before when it's working. It's brilliant

SKRILL IS SCAM SERVICES

I use Skrill over years with normal transaction from my customer who I support somthings. But some days ago, they restricted my account with reason "I violated their tems".
Before they closed my account and they reviewed again and reactivated my account, now they don't do anything.
Even my customer who register Skrill some days ago and deposit money to pay for me. After doposit and make payment, SKrill immediately restricted his account permanents without any reason. Of course his money still in Skrill balance. He try to contact Skrill team, but not respond any more.
SKRILL IS VERY BAD SERVICES, VERY BAD COMPANY.
Recommend: DO NOT USE SKRILL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

My Skrill account has been blocked for…

My Skrill account has been blocked for almost a month, and despite submitting all the required documents, I have received no follow-up from them. I have money in this account, and it’s completely unacceptable that they’ve blocked it without providing a clear reason or solution. Customer service is non-existent, no response to my emails. This is a total scam—strongly advise against using Skrill!

If the issue gets resolved, I will update my review accordingly.

Run away from skrill

sort your customer service,you restricted my account nearly week ago,i send you many emails without any response which should be 24-48hours.Phone number just for accounts from states.if somebody considering this crapy company than probably run away or they will lock your money and maybe one day will respond to your email.other than that you can chat with their light retarted AI bot Sofia

One of the worst

One of the worst, money was sent on 28 september and money didn’t reach the recipient. So many transactions completed in the past and skrill support is very worst.
I need my money back asap.
Else compliant will be filled to FCA.
It looks like skrill is holding the money unnecessarily for these many days and getting profit for the number of days the money is holded by them.

Poor Response Time for Skrill Transfer Issue

I would like to share my experience regarding the support I have received for my Skrill money transfer issue.

The case was opened on October 6th, 2024, and despite my repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution or response from the support team. My payment has still not been credited, even though it’s already been 4 days since the transaction was deducted from my account.

Here’s a timeline of events from my side:

October 6th, 2024: Case opened with a complaint that the deposit was not received, even though the transaction was completed from my side.
October 8th, 2024: Followed up, but no update or progress.
October 10th, 2024: I reached out again as I have not received any response.

This lack of communication and delay in resolving the issue is very frustrating. Usually, transfers are quick and resolved within an hour, but this case has taken much longer than expected.
2 Star as It used to be good before scaming.

I used Skrill for a while and only had problems with it. From occasional login problems, failed deposits, dubious currency conversion. I'm still waiting for a message from support and my money is gone for now. I can only WARNING everyone against using Skrill

Usually I'm very satisfied with service from skrill.
But recent transfer...said completed...but money has not arrived in account...
I tried calling number given...but says not available...email has been 2 days..no reply!!??
Has this company closed down??
Why is no one in customer service..or anyone available to help...this is terrible!!

SCAM

Still over 1 month and they still have my account restricted with my funds im goingnto reprt them now it's outrageous, no one responds via email, live chat is useless and phones lines don't even work. It's just a SCAM

Is Skrill a fraud?

Hey, i opened Skrill account deposited 500euros, after that they just banned my account, and i opened ticket, they said that ticket is resolved, but my account is still banned for nothing. When problem will be sloved i will rate more than 1 star

Account Closed Without Explanation - Urgent Funds Blocked

I recently experienced a very disappointing situation with Skrill. After a payment attempt with my Skrill card was declined, I received an email notifying me that my account had been permanently closed without any prior warning or clear reason. To my knowledge, I haven’t violated any terms, and I always comply with legal regulations.

What’s more concerning is that I have a significant amount of money in my Skrill account, which I urgently need for essential monthly expenses. Despite reaching out for help, I’ve yet to receive a resolution, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress.

I hope Skrill takes this matter seriously and resolves it soon. Blocking access to funds without a clear explanation or recourse is unacceptable.
