Buy me a coffee were able to stay true to their own word and in doing so reassured me with my online experience. More a personal therapy or catharsis than a business or commercial thing, the people at BMC were able address their own mixed messages and come back with up front solutions which were perplexing to me and my situation. Communication and action was timely and congruent.

Before I signed up, I emailed customer service who were very helpful. Sign up and basic set up was fairly easy. The system works well, but I did find the need to contact customer service a couple of times to find some things that I couldn't work out for myself. Again they were very helpful and gave me clear instructions on what to do to personalize my BMAC experience. So far I've been very happy with the experience and have (after only a few days) got supporter.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They initially promised that I would receive my payout within 7 days, specifically by the next Wednesday, even though I had submitted my request on a Tuesday. They later blamed me for supposedly submitting the request "too late," which is completely untrue.
I then submitted another request on Monday, but despite this, I still haven’t received my payment.
I am now consult my lawyer to take further action. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against working with them.

On top of support being sloppy and hard to reach, the platform is barely moderated and has lack luster enforcement of rules. If you're looking to use it as at a platform to be racist, sexist, islamophobic, and/or dox people this is the platform for you I guess.

I have sent 3 emails to BMC support because I wanted to disconnect Stripe and deposit directly into my bank which I only just learned you can do, however I have not heard back from anyone at Buy Me A Coffee.
Currently I am reluctant to withdraw to Stripe because I don't like Stripe but I want to disconnect Stripe from BMC and no replies to any of my emails!

Just to clarify, we currently support only creators who can set up payouts via Stripe Express, and unfortunately, we don’t offer any other payout options at the moment. Our team will provide a more detailed explanation via email as soon as we receive your email ID.
