Terrible site

Terrible site. I signed up for a welcome bonus. Nothing showed up. The games just take your money....they don't even pretend to give you any games bonuses or free spins.
To top it all, I tried contacting customer services which promises to answer your queries in under two minutes. I was left with no response. I waited and still nothing. No reply to be had. I decided that this site is a rip off and I won't be giving them any more of my hard earned cash.
Do yourselves a favour. Don't waste your time signing up.

I really do not understand the fuss on…

I really do not understand the fuss on the negative ratings. Yes the agents could use a little re-training. Are they a con casino? No they're not several time I've hit big wins and mega wins from 40p stake in slingo money train. And it paid out over x2899 the stake I was shocked.
Saturday I placed a withdrawal for £500 first was declined not sure why. However the 2nd attempt was placed Sunday and hit my PayPal account today. People who claim bonuses are not added must be doing something wrong because every time I go to chat when my bonus has not been credited they credit it for me, make sure you speak to them first before using and money deposited otherwise they can't credit the bonus.

Very Poor

They restricted my account and asked for a payslip after being a customer for months. I only deposit around £50 a month and earn over 28k yet my account is still restricted. I sent my payslip 8 days ago and customer service keep telling me that it's 48 hours and that my payslips are being reviewed next. Absolutely won't use this company again as I cannot deposit or withdraw!

Very disappointed

Went on metgaming this morning..first thing that popped up was contact customer support about uploading documents..or they would limit or even block my account….so went on live chat and no reply!!!…went back on in the evening same message popped up…with this went back on live chat for an hour and still no reply!!!!…was gonna say to them that my documents were uploaded in July!!!..until now had no problems….when was not playing got loads messages enticing you to play..and when you were playing it was messages about responsible gambling (make up your mind)..so all i can say is at least the 100s of texts and emails will stop now as I’ve disabled my account!!!!

Worst online casino I’ve ever used pestered with emails to play then when you do it says ‘TAKE TIME TO THINK’ haha absolute joke and just awful when you think these online casinos watch your every move and think they have the right to know all your outgoings!!!

I really can't understand all these…

I really can't understand all these negative reviews. I joined the casino last night. Won 1000 and cashed out and it hit my bank today. I love slingo and their slingos pay out way better than some of the higher end casinos.. love this site and the customer service is great so helpful

Requested a withdrawal. Advised 2-6 days. Also withdrawals not processed on a weekend. Any reputable sites you request a withdrawal and it's processed and back in your bank within hours sometime minutes. Not this bunch. Advice is steer clear.

Pretty much impossible to get on any bonus boards on here. No fair chances are given as it just eats ur money completely.
Joining up bonus is an absolute CON aswel you have to ask daily for your 100 spins for 5days they're not added unless you ask for them!

"Tech Glitch" kicked me out when I hit BJ!

After a few deposits late at night, I hit a blackjack on a £60 box.

The table glitched and kicked me out at exactly that time, and not only did it not pay me the £150 out, they took my £60!

After raising a tech issue and effectively told to shut up and be patient while it was investigated, it took two weeks for a resolution.

Meanwhile, while this was going on, they continuously spammed me offers and promotions.

Their chat support are ruthless, rude, robotic and short. I am extremely baffled how this feral firm have a gambling licence.

Technical issue…SCAM

SCAM!! I had £45 on number 8 suddenly it had a technical issue and to my very surprise number 8 came in. I am very angry at this point, however I still played a few more spins and but started screen recording. Had no technical issue on the losing bets but then I had £75 on number 28 and you guessed it, technical issue. Got it on screen record. I raised the issue with the revelavant department which took a week to respond only to tell me that I exceeded my daily loss limit but didn’t explain why I could lose more after the technical issue on number 8. I have everything on screen record.

I thought sites like this had died a death years ago. They don't tell you that you have to turn over more than £500 to withdraw your initial £10. Absolute con. Do not deposit money on this site under any circumstances.

Metgaming.com offer 100% bonus on slots that you have to wager 50 times. But they cheat you different way. When you place £1 bet on slot 50p (which is 50% of the bet) will be deducted from your real balance but winning will added to bonus balance only. This is the only site I found that real money being used and winning goes to bonus which you need to wager 50×. Its a proper scam to me watch out guys. I can't believe this big casino chain scaming people like this.
