Sales person Brian Harmon was very informative with our water, Leaf water solution equipment, and in general a very nice person to work with. Installation person Spencer Hastings was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable about the equipment. He explained everything I needed to know about the system in detail. Both of them made this purchase and installation go smoothly.

Carter McKay and his help showed up on sight. He showed me the print and made sure I was good with where all the downspouts go and if not was prompt to change them to new location. Mr. McKay was very professional, the worked very efficiently and steadily. after the work was complete they made several trips around the house to make sure the cleaned any mess. I did a visual inspection and did not find any problems at all I even was picky about how many screws was in down spouts and found no problems at all if I had other houses to receive gutters and or leaf filters I would insist that the company send these professional young men back to my house VERY VERY well pleased with them and their work.

I have no idea if the product Vamoose is any good, I only ordered it today. I order a packet of 4. Then to my horror I discovered they had signed my up to a monthly subscription which I definitely did not ask for or agree to. I tried to log into my account...the codes they sent....but mostly they didn't, didn't work. Thankfully I had paid through Paypal so have cancelled the subscription. This company is unethical, whatever the product. Dont buy through them.

I woke up to my wife telling me the main waterline in the basement is leaking. We told American Water Resources about it, and that I need to get a plumber as soon as possible so our basement doesn't start flooding. We called the plumber to check it out and, while he was there - we asked if he could also replace the kitchen faucet. He said, you need a watermain guy, I can handle the faucet another time. We went through the process of getting the watermain fixed. I provided all the documents they requested, and after 3 months they said they were rejecting our claim. They twisted our words by saying the plumber caused the watermain leak when he was looking at the faucet issue. Most people know you do not need to shut off the mainline to replace a faucet, there are valves under the faucet to stop the water. I continued to speak with them - they passed my case to a 3rd party (OnCourse Home Solutions) to work through the issue with me. That person agreed with me that the 2 things are separate, and was saying (via email) that we should be reimbursed. All of a sudden, she told me the company is rejecting the claim and there is nothing I can further do. Pathetic how they will look to find anyway to get out of it.

I bought a clock that is beautiful. However I did not know that an electrical cord has to run down the wall behind it and none of the pictures showed this. Batteries were mentioned, and even though I knew it had lighting, nothing was said about it needing to be plugged in. (I thought the batteries took care of it). The cost and the incredible hassle of it needing to be repackaged exactly as it was (pictures needed to prove it), and the Cost of me mailing it back aren’t worth it. I am giving it away to someone who doesn’t mind the cord down the wall.
