     Hon. Edward Wriothesley Curzon Russell was born on 2 June 1901 at Ooctacamund, India^G.^1,2 He was the son of Arthur Oliver Villiers Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill and Lady Margaret Lygon.¹ He married Baroness Barbara Korff, daughter of Baron Serge Alexandrovich Korff, on 11 October 1941.¹ He died on 13 February 1982 at age 80 at Asheville, North Carolina, U.S.A.^1,2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was the assistant editor of the Morning Post between 1932 and 1935.¹ He was the managing editor of the Morning Post between 1935 and 1937.¹ Wing Commander.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1946.¹

     Captain Charles John Wintour married Katherine Mary Keyes, daughter of General Sir Charles Patton Keyes and Katherine Jessie Norman, on 3 October 1900.² He died on 31 May 1916, killed in action.²

Sir Odo William Theophilus Villiers Russell and Countess Marie Louise Rex, on 6 April 1940.¹ She died in January 2002 at age 85 at London, England.²
