Sir Reginald Douglas Henry Houldsworth, 4th Bt., son of Colonel Sir William Thomas Reginald Houldsworth, 3rd Bt. and Ethel Mary Alberta Whitmore, on 30 April 1934.1 She died on 1 August 1995 at age 87.1
