     Reverend Frederick William Carnegie was born on 20 October 1865.1 He was the son of General Alexander Carnegie and Augusta Ker.1 He married Mildred Constance Bourne, daughter of Colonel Robert Bourne, on 9 November 1898.1 He died on 24 January 1939 at age 73.1
     He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Rector at Ledbury, Herefordshire, England.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Hereford Cathedral.1
